升降舞台http://www.sdsjpt.net/由台面、转轴、齿圈、滚柱组件、液压马达、键、底板、底座及均布于底座下方的驱动液压缸组成。四只伸缩式液压缸的活塞同步上升时,推动底座及舞台沿导轨竖直上升。舞台的旋转运动由可独立控制的液压马达驱动齿圈来实现。为有效降低摩擦阻力矩,在底座和台面间布置了滚柱组件,保证液压马达能够比较轻便地驱动舞台回转。

升降舞台由于液控单向阀锁死,升降舞台停止在锁死位置;升降舞台下降时,电磁铁得电,系统控制回路升压,高压油进入液控单向阀的先导控制阀,将液控单向阀打开,同时得电,换向阀接油箱,舞台机械设备依靠自重下降。下降速度可由调速阀调定。同步控制:本系统四条同步支路所选用的元件型号相同、各支路输入流量相同,可以较好的保证四个伸缩式油缸的同步上升、同步下降。
